I work mainly in the metals copper tin and brass and I craft - in consultation with the customer - unique metall Art objects for public environments, church halls, and for private spaces & use. I have many years of experience with both sacred and public assignments. As Sweden's only contemporary active copper smith, I feel a responsibility for keeping the classical craft of copper working alive in my creation. My dear father & teacher, Ivar Andersson, said: "The real exquisite, the individual creation, can only be given by handicraft"

Jag arbetar främst i metallerna koppar tenn och mässing och utför i samråd med beställaren unika bruks – och konstföremål i metall för offentliga miljöer, kyrkorummet, samt för privat bruk. Jag har lång erfarenhet av att arbeta med både sakrala och offentliga uppdrag. Som Sveriges enda nu verksamma kopparslagarmästare är jag mån om att hålla de gamla arbetsteknikerna vid liv i mitt skapande. Min devis efter min far och läromästare Ivar Andersson: ”Det verkligt fina, det individuellt levande, kan endast handens arbete ge”
